Fake tanning is something to do on your own and in private. Focusing on making it look as natural and real as possible. Start by purchasing the right tanner for you. I recommend a spray tan. You never have to touch it with your hands, which saves on the orange palm look. A good one to use is St. Tropez. They specialize in all sorts of self tanners.
Always exfoliate first and get all dead skin off of your body. Secondly stand in the shower and procede to spray every inch of your body at every angle you can image. You will feel the product as it lands on your skin, so do your best to put the same amount in each area. Continue to spary back and forth as evenly as possible. Do not apply moisturizer before or after tanning yourself as this will make things very uneven. In the morning take a shower and moisturize as usual.
I recommend doing two treatments to get the best look.
